Customer Review: nice little kettle...too bad the enamel is peeling off

It's very pretty. The lid is kind of tight so it's very hard to open it after it was hard to put on. I guess it's ok to leave it with the lid and just lift the whistle spout cover to fill the kette back up...
I like it enough since I drink a couple cups of tea in the evenening to wind down. Good for one person.
Edited 10/25/2008: The screw holding the knob on the lid's top is barren so it's a pain to open the kettle...The enamel is peeling off the top of the kettle because it was so darn hard to open and close it from the get go that everytime I put the lid on the impact would be so hard on the kettle's body that it was as if I had thrown it, I regret having purchased this item.
