Customer Review: Beautiful.... but

This piece is beautiful if you are not going to use it. When you receive this package the instructions will say do not wash just wipe down. Try wiping down oil. I gently wash it last night well aware of the beautiful handpainted motif. Well pieces of paint started falling off. Eventually I think I'm going to be left with two clear bottles in a nice base. I received this piece free so it really doesn't bother me that much. What I would hate is someone paying good money for this and having the paint fall off. Buyer beware
