Summary: 4 Stars
We really liked this set, although it looks more distinctive in the pictures than in person. Maybe I was being dumb, but I wasn't aware that the darker side was a kind of ribbed effect. We appear to have chipped several plates already, although I have my suspicions that it might be because my husband is a clutz rather than there being any question of the item quality...!
